Located exactly on Kalamitsa Beach, 2 buildings with 4 apartments/ maisonettes (capacity 3 – 5 persons), each apartment with its own swimming pool, and attractive, modern, design, (building and landscape finished in June 2020). Villa Sereno Natu is perfect for couples and families who like peaceful comfortable holidays.

The upstairs floor of each apartment has 2 rooms, one with a balcony (sea view), the other one with a window with a sea view and a veranda (garden view). Both rooms have their own bathrooms.

Downstairs there is a big lounge, with full equipped kitchen and a W.C.

The Villa has a great veranda with an excellent swimming pool FOR EACH apartment.

The garden is island style, suitable to the surroundings and very well organized.

There is a private car park behind the buildings.

The beach (covered with pebbles), is exactly in front of the Villa. If someone walks on the right, 60 – 80 meters, can meet the sandy beach with sun beds, and tavern, with fresh fish, occasionally.
